These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Printofor, our WooCommerce-native DTF gang sheet builder and related plugin and services. By installing or using Printofor you agree to these Terms. This is a draft for review and does not yet constitute a binding agreement.
Service description
Printofor is a plugin and cloud builder that lets print shops offer a gang sheet design and ordering experience inside their own WooCommerce store, with irregular auto-nesting and print-ready export. Printofor does not process your customers' payments; your customers pay you directly through your own checkout.
Plans and billing
Printofor is offered on tiered subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Your plan is a flat fee you pay us and is separate from any amounts your customers pay you. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may upgrade or downgrade as your volume changes; upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by uploading content that is unlawful or that infringes the rights of others, attempting to disrupt or reverse engineer the service, or reselling access in violation of these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring you hold the rights to any artwork processed through your store.
Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Printofor is established [governing law placeholder - to be confirmed by legal review]. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
